ClassicRift is a free, fan-made community site for League of Legends Classic. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, then simply do not use the site.
Accounts
You need an account to publish guides, comment, vote or report. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. Keep your password to yourself, since you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account; alternate accounts used to inflate votes or evade a suspension will be removed.
You can have your account deleted at any time by emailing sushihour@classicrift.com.
Your content stays yours
Guides, comments and images you post remain yours. ClassicRift does not claim ownership of them. By posting, you grant ClassicRift a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content on the site and to show excerpts of it in search results, previews and social cards, which is simply what publishing on a public website requires. You can revoke it by deleting the content or your account.
You confirm that what you post is yours to post: your own writing, your own screenshots, and nothing lifted from another site or author without permission.
What you may not post
No sexual content, gore, or shock material. Beyond that, don't:
- harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, in a guide or a comment;
- post hateful content targeting people by race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation;
- copy another author's guide, from this site or anywhere else;
- post spam, advertising, referral links, or links to malware, cheats, scripts, boosting or account-selling services;
- post personal information about anyone, including yourself, that you wouldn't want a stranger to have;
- scrape the site at volume, or try to break, overload, or find your way around its access controls.
Moderation
Every image uploaded to a guide is reviewed by a human before any reader can see it. Guides, comments and accounts may be removed or suspended when they break the rules above. A suspension hides your content from public view; it isn't deleted, and lifting a suspension restores everything as it was.
Moderation on a one-person site is done in good faith and not always quickly. If you think a decision was wrong, email sushihour@classicrift.com and it will be looked at again.
Guides are opinions, not facts
Guides are written by community members and represent that author's view. ClassicRift doesn't test, endorse or guarantee any build, and following one won't necessarily win you games. Champion, item and rune numbers shown on the site are compiled from the game itself and refreshed each patch, but it's possible they could lag behind or contain errors, and the official Riot Games client and website are always the best authority.
Advertising
ClassicRift shows third-party ads to cover hosting costs. Advertisers do not choose, influence or pay for guide rankings, tier list placements or anything else on the site, and an ad is not an endorsement of what it advertises. What advertising means for your data is covered in the privacy policy.

ClassicRift isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. It is a fan project created under Riot's “Legal Jibber Jabber” policy using assets owned by Riot Games. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Riot's assets remain Riot's property and nothing here grants you any right to them.
Copyright complaints
If material on ClassicRift infringes your copyright, email sushihour@classicrift.com with the URL, a description of the work, and confirmation that you hold the rights. It will be removed. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
No warranty, and the limits of liability
ClassicRift is provided “as is”, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data, or be discontinued. To the fullest extent the law allows, ClassicRift is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and if you have consumer rights under your local law, this section doesn't take them away.
Changes in Terms
These terms may change as the site does. The date at the top says when they last did; continuing to use ClassicRift after a change means you accept the new version.
