Item Build
Core Build
You'll want Tear to be your first item back, the mana is crucial when you're constantly poking with E.
Rabadon's is self explanatory.
Zhonya's will most likely be your saving grace in close fights.
Sorc's for the Magic Pen.
Void Staff if they build MR (you want this anyway).
Summoner Spells
Ignite or Exhaust are alright in this.
Pick regarding whoever you're against.

Extra health and armour help.
Introduction
Poke the enemy mid laner with E until death.
Try to get your auto attack in after hitting him with a spell due to your passive.
Roam from mid after crashing the wave, and don't leave for too long!
Late game you can use your ult to clear waves or finish off a dude on the map near you.
Don't forget you can stack all the elixirs after you full build!
If you run into any trouble while laning, consider the following Jack Sparrow image.
