Item Build
Starting Items
you start with 475g
Generally
Long Sword Health Potion x2 the best starting items.You can go
Ruby Crystal if you want 
Heart of Gold quicker or if going full tank build.
Early Game Rush
Rush
The Brutalizer if you can fight enemy bot lane, get Heart of Gold if not and buy the other after.
Core Build
This is what your core build will look like most games, boots can be swapped if you need/want.
Tank vs Damage items after core
The idea behind Lee support is good peel or engage with
Dragon's Rage (R).If you are ahead early build more damage but if you are behind just go tank as you wont do damage if you are behind at any point in the game.
Generally even if ahead I will go 2-3 damage items before getting tanky as Lee falls off really hard unless I am very fed and can close out game.
Tank Aura Full Build
This build generally will be the most reliable and if you are unsure which build do go I would run this.
Damage Full Build
If you are super confident on Lee this can be spicy as you will be able to 1 shot people early.
One thing to keep in mind with this build is to go
The Brutalizer right into Sword of the Occult and Sightstone.
Full Build Tank
If you can afford this you are him.
This build can be altered heavily based on enemy team comp but basically just build HP/Resist items first and stack resists you need.

Quints are a bit flexible to be honest depending on build you are going.
Generally best 3 are :
Quintessence of Attack Damage , or 
Quintessence of Health You can mix and match these to find the sweet spot but if you are unsure flat AD is always good.

Summoners Wrath is essential for both setups, it gives AD/AP while
Ignite is on cooldown and Exhaust reduces resists of target.Summoners insight lowers flash CD by 15 seconds, can take this or extra out of combat move speed.
