Item Build
Starting Items
you start with 475g
Need the early game mana.
Core Build
Always go Iceborn, you need the mana, next goal is to rush 40% CDR. Each point of CDR is more valuable than the last (Check why CDR was switched to Ability Haste).
Flex Items
Can swap Frozen Heart for Spirit Visage. Nashors is probably better against more melees -> more AP + CDR than Zephyr which makes your W shield bigger.
Summoner Spells
Run them down with ghost, release League Classic Skarner is OP as of when this guide was created.
Runes
9× Mark of Attack Speedmark
9× Seal of Scaling Armorseal
9× Glyph of Scaling Magic Resistglyph
1× Quintessence of Attack Speedquint- 2× Quintessence of Movement Speedquint
+24.3 Armor @18+19.8% Attack Speed+32.4 Magic Resist @18+3% Movement Speed
Can maybe do 2x Atk Speed Quint instead of 2x Move Speed Quint.
