Core Build
This is the core build and general order for Blue Ezreal. The build fully comes online at 3 items with tear stacked. Remember you can use spells to stack tear while walking to lane. Buy boots after manamune
Flex Items
BT can be taken over Elder Lizard but it makes your core items very expensive and is not typical
